DAVID SORENSEN

FOUNDER, BUILDER, GENERAL CONTRACTOR

I first started building when I was 15 years old, summer and weekends with my dad. He taught me my core skills. Over time I climbed the ranks from general laborer to project manager, giving me not just experience, but an understanding of every job on a project.

I learned respect for craft and fell in love with the ability to take raw materials and turn them into something beautiful.

I’ve build container houses, tiny houses, houses on stilts, log houses, metal buildings, helicopter hangers, 20-car garages, recording studio and timber frame homes.

I’ve fabricated custom metal staircases, built furniture, tables, concrete countertops, handmade shosugi ban wood siding and flooring, welded and fabricated bridges and 100-ft bar doors.

Attention to detail is top priority.
A strong work ethic is top priority.
Clear communication is top priority.

Born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley, I believe that making a name for yourself happens by following through, being respectful and not burning bridges, and I instill and expect the same from the rest of my team.
